DIM2009R2: Web Client: IE6 SP2 browser tabs lose icons when using both projects and streams

- After the third or fourth switch, ALL tabs fail to refresh properly - Icons are missing from the menu bar - Intermittently, the web client freezes - happened twice, but I don't have steps for that.

Receiving exception or error message when selecting package menu icons.

Using ChangeMan DS 5.4.1 Web Client . Application is defined and a Package created. If no specific package is selected, but the 'packages' item name from the left-frame within the explorer view is highlighted and clicking on some of the package menu icons, an exception or error message is received.

If there is a workset directory named "Other" (or perhaps one that contains the word "Other", and the web client is used to browse to that directory, when navigating via the "Current Project" tab to the directory and clicking on the directory named "Other", the web client will lose all of the icons at the top of the page. This makes it difficult to work because these icons represent my menu choices.

THE USER CAN'T USE THE ICONS LIKE SUBMIT DEFECT EXTERNALLY. HE CAN ONLY USE THE COMMANDS INTERNALLY. SOLUTION:

When viewing the various tabs in the Web Client , the Icons for actions (the toolbar ) does not appear for some users.

Web client does not refresh privileges when selecting files from the summary (Parity issue between web client and GUI)

When using the web client only and the user has no file privileges at the project database level as their access is granted at the project level (or lower), selecting a file within a project where they have file privileges does not enable the correct icons /actions from the tool bar . If the user selects the project in the left pane from the project database tree, the icons/actions are enabled.

Check the selection box against one or two worksets Click on the ‘New’ icon on the menu bar This brings up a drop-down list, at the bottom of which is the option ‘Merged Workset…’

2. The new target RnDtest should be added successfully, so confirm that the RnDtest target is now there in the build configuration as well as the build targets section. 3. Log in to web client and select QLARIUS_BR_1 and then hit the Build icon (the green brick icon ) and select Run Build... in the popup menu . The Run Build for Request dialog will open, and the target RnDtest should be in the list of targets on the dialog.

Dim RM 12.4.x : Win 10 and IE 11 : widgets in the RM web client rich text editor using IE 11 aren't displayed

The issue is due to a combination of Windows 10 and IE 11. RM uses fonts to create icons on the rich text editor toolbar . The download of fonts isn't being blocked but they won't be loaded for security reason since they are untrusted.
