From the SBM Application Repository/ Mashup Manager , take a snapshot of the Global Process App in the environment where the users and groups were created. During the snapshot process, there will be an option to exclude auxiliary table data. The promote process will be quicker if you exclude auxiliary table data; we will excluded the data since it is not needed for promoting users and groups.
