ORA-01400 error when saving LDAP/SSO server configuration

If you are configuring for SSO authentication without LDAP authentication and leave the fields in the upper portion of the tab empty, you will receive an error from Oracle when you click OK. To get around this issue, enter your user name or some other text into both the “Base User Context” and “ User Naming Attribute” fields. This will satisfy what Oracle is expecting and allow you to complete the section so you can auto-create new users.

This error occurs when running the ETL Job and tracing has been turned on to Full. This error means that a connection to the database can not be made with one of the users within the ETLConfig.xml file and/or that views have not been installed or granted to the user within the ETLConfig.xml

RM Manage License Server Host name (hostname) change fails without warning

Changing the license server host from RM Manage - or anywhere else - requires administrator privileges as the hostname is stored in the registry. To workaround this issue - RM Manage must be run 'as an administrator' by a user with system administrator privileges. To change the registry, find the registry location where the license server host name is stored, e.g., Software --> Wow6432Node-->SerenaSoftware-->License
