Although the title of the login prompt looks like it is coming from the SBM server, you actually need to enter your ZMF username and password. This user will make a SERNET connection to ZMF and return a short report with details about the change package.
Configure the NTFYURL; this is the URL SBM uses to send information to SERNET through the server. See Configuring the Notification URL and the related topic, ChangeMan ZMF Event Handling .
The ZMF_HTTPSERVER should contain the SERNET HTTP Server name (name or IP Address) and the port number. To verify the port number, the ZMF admin can check the JCL used to start SERNET. The port number will show there.

Customer was attempting to setup a ZMF proxy ID following the documentation in the ‘SERENA ALM Installation and Configuration Guide’, section ‘ChangeMan ZMF for Serena ALM Configuraton’, page 104 ‘Configuring a ZMF Proxy User ID’.
