The Collage database server was started before a network connection was found. This will happen if the Collage database server initializes before a network connection has been correctly started, which means that Collage thought the IP address was, thus causing the address mismatch. In this case, restarting Collage after the network has completely come up will resolve the problem.

The number of seconds before the underlying socket to the FTP server will close when there is no communication. This allows "stuck" deploys to be cancelled and allows you to set large timeout values if they are deploying to remote FTP servers or have large files that are being deployed. Setting this value to zero means no timeout.
